Submission of Camera-ready Papers
-
The final version of your camera-ready paper should not exceed 10 pages, including references and appendices, if any. There will be a charge of EUR 125 per extra page if you exceed the limit. In no case may your paper exceed 12 pages.
-
Each paper will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author registers and pays the conference fees, including extra page charges, if applicable, before June 30th. Online registration facility is available at: http://www.upc.edu/ER2008/Registration.shtml. Each paper must have one registration. If any workshop author has also a paper in the ER main conference, there will be 50% discount for the second registration.
-
Authors must submit final manuscripts using the Springer LNCS style. See http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html for style files and details. Springer may reject your papers when the manuscript is not in a proper format. Especially, be careful about the NEW citation style used in LNCS.
-
By June 30, 2008, authors must submit the following files in a single zip-archive (naming convention: 5232-CMLSA2008-<paperId>.zip) to cmlsa2008@easychair.org:
-
Completely filled and SCANNED copyright form. We ask authors to scan the copyright form (naming convention: 5232-CMLSA2008-<paperId>-cr.pdf or 5232-CMLSA2008-<paperId>-cr.jpg). Note that one author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper.
-
All source (input) files. For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures. Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN. The final DVI file for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX. RTF or Word files for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX. Note that you should not include any page number in the paper.
-
Your final PDF file (for reference).
-
A text file with a list of all author names as they should appear in the proceedings (for each name, clearly indicate the last name) and an email contact (which will be forwarded to Springer).
